Review: “I purchased both the 2/3 size and the 4/5 size reels. AvidMax shipped them promptly to my home in Australia and I am simply stoked with the product. I have fly fished for 30 years and have finally found a strong, light, well priced, well built reel that is perfect because of its simplicity. Its simple click drag is perfect and all that is needed on a lightweight fly reel. The lifetime warranty, literally, can not be beaten, but i doubt, on first impressions, that I will need to use it. So impressed, I am looking to upgrade my 8wt reel to a Redington product. Well played Redington, well played AvidMax.”
