Learn how to tie Philly Cheese Crane
The Philly Cheese Crane is a killer fly that was originally designed by Brian Hilbert from Trout Trickers. The Philly Cheese Crane has great segmentation when wet and looks super realistic for how easy of a tie it is. In this tying video, we used Mink strips even though the original pattern calls for Rabbit. We like the color of the Mink and opted to use this material over Rabbit; however due to its similarity, you can use Rabbit or Mink; we recommend you use which ever you prefer.
