“First of all, I hardly ever write a review. But, after my first experience, I wanted to share my customer service story. The ladies at AvidMax were the best! Can not say enough great things about how they helped me. I ordered two items. One was the chest waders. But they did not have it in stock, so they ordered the item from the manufacturer. All my waders have been XL, but once I received the waders, they were too big. They made the return / exchange process so easy for me. Just got the Large waders in and they fit perfect. WOW!

Can’t wait to go out on the stream. Once pulling them on and slipping my arms through the shoulder suspenders, it was obvious that the system is comfortable and easy to maneuver. Converting to waist and then back to chest is such an easy process of un-hooking of two buckles and rolling the chest material down to the belt. I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves to be on a stream. If you are looking for a great place to shop, look no further than AvidMax.

After a few trips to the stream, I will follow up on the waders, but I just felt compelled to share how great these people are.”
