“First of all, I hardly ever write a review. But, after my first experience, I wanted to share my customer service story. The ladies at AvidMax were the best! Can not say enough great things about how they helped me. I ordered two items. One was the chest waders. But they did not have it in stock, so they ordered the item from the manufacturer. All my waders have been XL, but once I received the waders, they were too big. They made the return / exchange process so easy for me. Just got the Large waders in and they fit perfect. WOW!
