Great fly to fish in high or murky water. I like this worm because it is a little more of an attractor than an accurate representation of the analids in the river. This fly is for sure to save the day on a guide trip. Tough meal for a fish to pass up on the dead drift!

The Hybrid is one of those carp flies you look at and you just know it will get the job done. It’s intended to replicate a worm or leech but carp don’t really seem to care because they just love it. it is simple and elegant without trying to be something it is not. the Hybrid is a basic carp fly that just plain works.

The pig sticker is a tried and true fly pattern. This fly can be tied in a multitude of different styles and colors. In any river system your going to find worms and fish feeding on worms. Off color water, high water and after it rains is a great time to fish this fly. Works great as point fly or dropper in your nymph rig. Do not be afraid to tie this fly in larger sizes like 2/0.

Don’t tell anybody you have this fly on point. Just say your hooking up on midge larva or something. They will never know but they will see you filling your net time and time again. Face it, if you were a fish eating midges or baetis all day and then saw a big fat juicy worm headed your way, you would eat it to. The Squirmy Wormy material used is an amazing fish catching material. The movement it provides in the water is unmatched by other worm imitations.
