Learn how to tie the Mostrout Mule
The Mostrout Mule is fun and easy to tie. We love tying this fly instead of Pheasant Tails due to our ability to tie it up quickly. Another great benefit to this fly is its durability. Since the pattern does not require pheasant, it is also more durable than the traditional PT. We encourage you to try this pattern out in a few different colors and sizes and try fishing it at any time that you would otherwise use a Pheasant Tail.
