How to tie the Firehole Bugband Prince Nymph
Prince nymphs are around for a reason. They work! The purple prince is an excellent elevation of the classic as it is simple to tie and may be just as effective. This variation is a super modern version utilizing the newly offered Firehole hook based weight management system. No more are they days of wrapping lead under bodies or guessing the weight of your flies. Simply slide on a teardrop body along with a bug band that identifies what weight you are using and you have a box that will help you keep your flies in order.
