“I must admit, I’ve only been tying flies this past year and after starting with a lower end starter kit this toolset is a leap in improvement. Did I need to upgrade yet? Well, that’s for me to decide, and my wife of course, but there is nothing like using good tools. Each item in this set stands out as strong, smooth and precise. There is no give in pivot points and you can feel the quality in each piece. The box in which this set comes in is also a fly box, albeit a large one that I may use to store flies but would not likely take it out on the water due to it’s flimsy feel and bulk. But the box is not the reason I bought the tools so I continue to say 5 stars for an excellent set.”
