According to available information, the “Gasolina Perdigon” fly is believed to have originated from the Spanish competitive fly fishing team, with the specific design and popularization attributed to “George Daniels” who shared the pattern widely, making it well-known among anglers; essentially, the fly is a variation of the classic Perdigon nymph, which itself was developed by the Spanish team.
